The Southern Vermont Communications Union District (SoVT CUD) will hold a public hearing as part of a regular governing board meeting at 6PM on Wednesday, November 8th online via Google Meet or in person at 210 South Street, Bennington VT 05201- to consider approval of the 2023 Annual Report pursuant to 30 VSA Section 3075.
The SoVT CUD will consider comments at the hearing regarding the narrative and proposed 2024 budget and will vote to approve the report if found to meet statutory requirements.
