The main item of business Wednesday will be hearing from RISI with a first look at a two-county feasibility study.
Leadership of Otter Creek CUD (Rutland) and SoVT CUD believe there is value in working more closely together as we develop plans to reach our under-served. The board will be asked to approve the attached memorandum of understanding (MOU) that calls on each to share information and cooperating in ways that are mutually beneficial.
SoVT CUD’s clerk/secretary Bill Meyer has asked to be replaced due to changes in his personal situation. Jeff Such has placed in name in consideration. Nominations will be entertained from the floor. We thank Bill for his service and wish him well. He will continue to serve as rep from Rupert.
